About the company

The Bill Jacobs organization has grown into one of the most respected businesses in the Midwest. Today we have five new car franchise locations offering new models from BMW, MINI, Volkswagen, Jaguar, and Land Rover in Naperville and Hinsdale, Illinois. Requirements

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

• 2-3 years in an office/accounting environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as an automotive biller or in a similar role within the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
• CDK experience is a plus. 
• Experience with Dealertrack is a plus.
• Excel proficiency.
• Sense of urgency and accuracy in a high-volume setting
• Careful attention to detail. Accuracy, precision, and thoroughness in tasks. Skillful execution of responsibilities. Dependability and commitment to meeting obligations. Prudent and conservative approach to decision-making. Conscientiousness and a strong sense of obligation. Structured and systems-oriented mindset. Inner compass for ethical decision-making. Proficiency with detail, given adequate training and time. Propensity to double-check work.
• The ability to remain steady, unhurried, and persistent in the face of challenges or unexpected situations encountered in accounts payable tasks. Salary : $20 - $22
