Parts Advisor - San Tan
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Some Saturdays)
Compensation: $50,000 a year

Responsibilities:
- Parts Advisor greets and assists customers as they enter in a timely manner
- Answers phone calls on desk phone and takes phone calls from Parts Receptionist is a courteous and timely manner.
- Takes information regarding vehicle and part(s) needed
- States pricing & delivery times
- ASKS FOR SALE & UPSELLS
- Invoices part(s)
- Places part with cashier, will call shelf, or delivery shelf (if no parts puller is available)
- Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for dealerships.
- Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
- Handling parts payment and collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly.
- Packaging and shipping parts back to manufacturer/appropriate record keeping.
- Bill Luke Parts Advisors assist, both, retail and wholesale customers in store and on telephone.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Automotive Parts required
- Two or more years of sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license and a good driving record.
- Must be 18 or over
