BDC Representative
Bridgewater Acura has an immediate opening for a Business Development/Internet Sales Position.
The ideal candidate will have some Internet Sales, Appointment Scheduling experience.
We will train the right candidate who is customer focused and a team player. Customer Service is our #1 Priority so you must have a people personality.
Qualifications must be self-motivated, team player, customer oriented previous automotive, internet sales/bdc experience a plus – or appointment scheduling setting must be computer literate, quick learner, willing and able to work a flexible schedule that may include evening hours, Saturdays and holidays. phone skills and a professional appearance are a must. learn how to overcome objectives, attention to detail, patience and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Duties
Inbound/Outbound phone calls, text, email to generate and schedule appointments Continue follow-up contacts/communications within certain timeframe guidelines Verify availability of vehicles on hand with new/used car inventory Greet Customers, keep department and work area orderly, neat and clean, maintain a superior level of customer service, other duties as directed by management product knowledge of our Acura product and off-brand manufacturers.
