As a Travel Consultant, you will:
- Engage with clients through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Research, compare, and secure travel products and services such as flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, activities, insurance, etc. from our trusted partners.
- Prepare and send travel itineraries, confirmations, invoices, and other necessary documents to clients.
- Manage any changes, cancellations, or issues that may arise before, during, or after the trip.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients and suppliers.
To thrive as a Travel Consultant, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and a readiness to learn.
- Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or travel.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
