We are on the lookout for driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Planners. As a Travel Planner, you will be the listening ear and guiding hand for our clients, helping them realize their dream vacations, weddings, and more. You will have access to exclusive travel benefits and discounts, and will work with a diverse range of top-tier vendors in the industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and organize comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, excursions, cruises, tickets/events, and activities.
  • Effectively understand and cater to your clients’ desires and requirements.
  • Attend trainings and webinars to stay updated with the latest in travel and sales education.
  • Provide clients with necessary documentation such as payment authorization, tickets, and itineraries.
  • Complete all necessary training for certification.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must own a smartphone. Having a computer or laptop is highly recommended but not mandatory.
  • Reliable internet access is a must.
  • Must possess a positive attitude.
  • Must communicate effectively with all clients, vendors, and fellow agents.
