Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver exceptional travel itineraries tailored to each client’s preferences and needs.
- Stay current with travel certifications through ongoing training.
- Participate in continuous webinars with suppliers and vendors to stay informed about various destinations.
- Manage budgets and plan trips in line with clients’ financial constraints.
- Coordinate all travel necessities (flights, car rentals, hotels, activities, cruises, events/entertainment, etc.).
- Maintain effective communication with clients before and after their travels.
- Address any issues that may arise during the booking process or travel period.
- Liaise with tour operators to secure any package deals that could benefit your clients.
- This role can be part-time or full-time.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Access to a computer with internet connectivity.
- Personal travel experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
