The Sales Center Leader (SCL) will support the Operational Sales Leader (OSL) in running the Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) Playbook through execution of BBU Way to Operate.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Build and maintain partnerships with sales team, support Sales Center operations and cover routes when needed
* Serving our frontline - (not from behind a desk) with the objective of driving growth of our people and of our business while achieving and maintaining a World-Class sales center.
* Support achievement of zero workplace injuries by performing safety observations within the Grupo Bimbo (GB) safety platform and executing safety awareness programs.
- Coach frontline on best practices focused on order and distribution planning per the order management playbook.

Education and Work History:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
Ideal candidate will possess:
* 3 - 5 years of related experience in operations, customer relations or sales.
* DSD, warehouse, distribution, and AS400 experience is a plus.
* At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others.
* Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required.
* Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
* Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
* Bilingual - English/Spanish a plus.
* Travel is required, 1%-5%.
