We are looking for a Dishwasher to provide guests and employees with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware, other smallwares, and equipment. Maintains a clean and orderly working area. A Dishwasher will assist FOH team members with clearing tables and removing full bus tubs from bar when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness of the restrooms and perimeter of the building.

Requirements & Physical Demands:

• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8-10 hours.


• Must be able to communicate clearly and respond promptly to needs of guest and team members.


• Must be able to maintain calm demeanor in a fast paced, high intensity environment.


• Must be able to work with extremes temperature changes including working in a walk-in freezer of -10°F.


• Must be able to lift, handle, and carry food, supply, smallwares, equipment, supplies and paper goods up to 50 pounds.


• Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment as well as to work the line during service periods.


• Must be able to frequently immerse hands in water and designated mild cleaning solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reports to work at workstation on time in proper uniform. Maintains a professional demeanor and practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits throughout shift.
• Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of dishwashing machine, presentable uniform throughout shift, monitors cleanliness of restrooms.

Passion for Hospitality

• Keeps kitchen and front of house areas clean by sweeping floors and emptying trash.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
• Assist front of house team members with clearing used dishes from tables and removing bus tubs as needed.

• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established Company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.

Unwavering Commitment

• Correctly completes all station closing duties at the end of each shift. Assists Kitchen Supervisor and other kitchen personnel in accomplishing closing duties and kitchen cleanliness as needed and/or requested.
• Washes, stores and stocks, plateware, glassware, silverware, pot/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Monitors chemical levels of dish machine and 3 compartment sinks throughout shift and practices safe chemical usage.

• Ensures dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and available as needed and sufficient in quantities to meet the needs of the business.
• Assists with the stocking of products as requested and/or needed.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
