Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and emails,
- Responding to customer questions and complaints,
- Making sure all deadlines are met,
- Screen potential Clients for benefits,
- The ability to deal with various personalities and scenarios including but not limited to advocates, coworkers, and clients,
- Gather medical and personal information from the clients.
- Record accurate and detailed notes; updating account status and client's information into the computer system.
