Accounting Clerk
Job Posting for Accounting Clerk at Binding-Minds Inc
- Scanning all customer invoices into the system daily Match and batch paperwork (invoices & credits) accurately and under time-constraints Clerical support to Accounting Dept.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized Able to work independently with minimal supervision Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or reception experience in a business environment Proficient and accurate data-entry skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Can effectively use copy machine, fax, telephone with minimal training Effective verbal/written communication skills in carrying out job duties with various departments and levels of management.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
