As the IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting our e-commerce platform, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our business processes.

Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Working knowledge of google suite platform needed
Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize downtime.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment.
E-commerce Platform Support:
Support and maintain the functionality of the e-commerce platform including Company Website, Amazon, Wayfair, Wal-Mart, etc
Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Liquid, and Shoptify needed
Collaborate with development teams to address technical issues and improve platform performance.
Ensure the security and integrity of customer data within the e-commerce system.
Working knowledge of financial reporting for online sales and orders, claims, refunds, etc.
Googlesheet/Excel knowledge required
Software and System Updates:
Monitor and apply software updates, patches, and security configurations.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvement
Requirements:
Knowledge of google platform, drive, website management, e-commerce platforms including Shoptify knowledge and related technologies.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Network , Security ) will be a plus.
