What We're Looking For

• Associate's Degree in Nursing - LPN or RN
• 1-2 years experience and/or training
• Must maintain a valid nursing license in the State of Michigan
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
• Must be able to train at Center Line, MI headquarters in person.
  
  

What You Will Be Doing

• After appropriate training, must have understanding of Condor/Eagle Software to include main files, CMNs, notes, treatment plans, FedEx/USPS tracking, HIPAA, eligibility, purchase orders, control files (products, physicians, and ICD-10 Codes) - function, menu options, and insurance types/verification process.
• After appropriate training, must have knowledge of contractual responsibilities.
• Performs treatment plans for all new clients entering the Incontinent Program.
• Performs nursing treatment plans for any product changes, to include brand, size, quantities, every 6 months for clients with acute conditions, and renewals based on contractual guidelines.
• Performs treatment plans and evaluation of problems and recommends solutions.
• Selects and sends samples to clients of available products when needed to resolve problems.
• Determine whether patient meets criteria for over quantity of supplies in accordance with payer criteria (i.e. letter from doctor, copies of patient records, etc.)
• Ensures that quantities dispensed match needs, based on treatment plan and physician orders/ CMNs.
• Assists with quality assurance program, as needed.
• Performs functions of CSR, when needed.
  
  

SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

• Monday-Friday rotating schedule of 8 AM and 9 AM start time
• Training at our Center Line headquarters - 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI 48015
• Remote after training
