This position is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of refined fuels to our customers, developing and implementing a successful operation strategy which drives volume and margin growth of our portfolio of solutions for both existing and new customers. This role is able to generate customer satisfaction and overall growth of the business by developing and building lasting relationships with customers and prospects to generate current and future sales. This position will coordinate and assist with delivery of energy products within his/her territory.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Refined Fuels Operations Manager is responsible for the overall satisfaction of the customer base by providing great attention to detail when it comes to service, pricing, and programs.
- Assist in managing performance of Bulk Energy business with emphasis on safety, productivity, efficiency, and service delivery.
- Daily use of a CRM software to assist in accounting and tracking sales/delivery activities.
- Identify opportunities to expand our basket of goods with new and existing customers.
- Lead in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities and customer satisfaction opportunities.
- Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training.
- Attend and assist with all training sessions required by law and Staples Oil Co., Inc.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as appropriate and assigned.
Qualifications of the Position:
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of responsibility
- Flexible and willingness pitch-in wherever/whenever needed
- Ability of obtain Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker.
- Must be confident and customer service orientated when dealing with customers on the phone and in person
General Description:
This full time position manages the daily customer relations and delivery process inside of the Bulk Fuel division. Job duties include but are not limited to sound decision making, credit management, customer relationship management, and growing new sales opportunities. You will be required to adapt quickly and react to changing markets, have good problem solving skills, be flexible, and enjoy a challenging career with a growth oriented company.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
