ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The postdoctoral fellow will conduct, report and present research in his/her field of study under the supervision of a faculty mentor. This is a training position, and is not expected to be a permanent position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Ph.D., M.D. or Doctoral equivalent in any field. Scientific research experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred skills in: data analysis and interpretation, experimental skills in cell and molecular biology techniques, and experimental skills in mouse genetics. Preferred education: PhD degree in Biology or Molecular Biology.
Preferred experiences in: cardiac biology (heart development and/or heart disease) and a background in RNA biology is preferred.
