Job Description:
· Under general supervision, performs skilled and semi-skilled labor in the repair and maintenance of properties; maintenance tasks include cleaning, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and basic non-licensed electrical work.
Experience required:
- Three (3) year’s building maintenance, carpentry and plumbing experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid State of Arizona Driver's License and good driving record are required. MVM report will be requested.
Education Required:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- A valid State of Arizona Driver's License and good driving record are required.
- MVM report will be requested.
Work hours:
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.59 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Avondale, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
