Our founder, Dr. Rollins, wanted to create a product that would help his wife stay hydrated and healthy when she was diagnosed with breast cancer and was experiencing severe symptoms of dehydration. He used his experience in the hospital tailoring IV bags to his patients needs, to create BIOLYTE, the first IV in a bottle.
Vice President of Sales - Full Time | BIOLYTE Headquarters - Marietta, GA
We are looking for an experienced, people-focused CPG sales leader to spearhead BIOLYTE’s sales strategy! The focus of this role will be centered on strategy and people leadership to achieve maximum sales results across all selling channels (ie. Traditional, Non-Traditional, Healthcare, etc.) This person’s three primary responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop and align sales strategy with the strategic vision of the company to drive revenue
- Create and communicate sales goals that are designed to propel BIOLYTE forward
- Oversee the business development of top-level relationships across all sales channels
This individual will report to BIOLYTE’s CEO and will lead BIOLYTE’s Sales department.

BIOLYTE achieves 90-100% of its annual sales goals across all channels
Responsibilities
- Develop and align sales strategy with the strategic vision of the company to drive revenue
- Drive sales to hit BIOLYTE's sales objectives and remove barriers for the sales team to achieve goals
- Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
- Create and communicate sales goals that are designed to propel BIOLYTE forward
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for areas and regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Manage budgets and evaluate strategies and action plans against allocated budgets
- Maintain a culture of trust, teamwork, communication, fun and accountability within the sales team
- Oversee the business development of top-level relationships across all sales channels
- Manage and work with BIOLYTE’s Sales leaders and top-level partnerships to maximize their effort to build brand awareness in the market
- Strategize, evaluate and execute high ROI programs with key accounts and distributor partners
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications

- 7 years of CPG industry experience required
- 5 years in a senior/director/VP level sales role highly preferred
- Experience with non-traditional sales channels such as independent pharmacy, healthcare and military highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Knowledge and experience with softwares such as VIP, Salesforce, Unleashed, Wink Reports highly preferred
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Chat, Gmail, etc…)

Compensation
- Base salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year plus potential bonus opportunities
