Biomed Pharmacy, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Clerk. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy by assisting with various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities
Assisting pharmacists with prescription intake and filling medication orders
Managing inventory levels and restocking medication shelves
Coordinating and assisting in the delivery of medications to patients
Processing insurance claims and ensuring accurate billing information
Providing friendly and professional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Assisting with pharmacy administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medications
