POSITION SUMMARY
ASSISTS THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IN THE OPERATIONS OF THE ACCELERATOR IN AN OFFICE ASSISTING CAPACITY. RESPONSIBLE FOR SCHEDULING AND COORDINATION OF MEETINGS, MARKETING EVENTS, AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS FOR THE
ENTREPRENEURIAL ACCELERATOR PROGRAM.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Assists the Executive Director with events, talks, and meetings related to the EAP programs and Angel Fund
• Records minutes for Angel Fund meetings
• Performs general office duties such as filing, typing, scanning, and scheduling of meetings, in addition to answering and initiating phone        calls with investors, entrepreneurs, and vendors
• Maintains a consistent e-filing process
• Maintains confidential investor list, contact information, and angel fund cash balances, and can initiate and follow up on communications       to Angel Investor group
• Ability to assign GL codes and process invoices for payment from multiple vendors through internal accounting system
• Enters requisitions in the purchasing system
• Assists with e-marketing and promotion of education courses, talks, and workshops to promote EAP programs
• Prepare, compose, and proofread emails, proposals, reports, invoices, memos, marketing materials, and letters
• Coordinates with the EAP staff on program-related needs
• Assists in planning, coordinating, and communicating large events for EAP Programs
• Assists in coordination with other BRF units in the support of the programs and related facilities
• Schedules travel arrangements for Executive Director, Analysts, and guests
• Occasional local and regional travel and after hours and weekend event support may be required
• Assists in the onboarding process of new employees
• Ensures all office equipment is working appropriately and contacts IT with any issues
• Orders office supplies, printed materials, etc. as needed for Executive Director and Analysts
• Utilization of the MS Office suite
• Paralegal experience a plus
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in an administrative and/or business management role. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
