Biomerics NLE offers Swiss machining with integrated laser cutting on precision medical tubing. Laser/Swiss machining enables features to be machined and laser cut in the same process. Our core competency lies in smaller medical components, produced with high accuracy and repeatability. Traditional Swiss screw machining capability is also available for rapid prototyping and production.

In addition, Biomerics NLE utilizes 5 axis milling machines capable of producing complex finished components, while holding extremely tight tolerances.

Job Description: Takes responsibility for the shipping of orders which consists of reviewing the BNLE Job Packet for completed operations and shipping instructions. Generates packing lists, COCs and signs as appropriate. Operates forklift to load and unload trucks. Prepares skids for shipment. Assists with receiving, warehouse and other material handling activities.

Necessary education, training & skills:

• High School Diploma, G.E.D or 2 years of applicable experience.
• Effective communication.

Job Functions:

• Reviews BNLE Job Packets for necessary completed information and determines the correct quantity shipping. Signs off on router.
• Reviews BNLE Job Packets for correct shipping or pick up instructions.
• Generates COCs, packing lists within E2 and signs, as necessary.
• Reinforces packages as necessary to ensure packages are not comprised during shipping.
• Utilizes UPS and FedEx shipping software.
• Prepares and ships skids with various carriers.
• Performs receiving function, as necessary.
• Performs warehouse functions, as necessary.
• Pulls orders from warehouse, as necessary.
• Assists with pack up or unpack operations, as necessary.
• Operates forklift as needed.
• Keeps work area organized and promotes good housekeeping.
• Follows Shipping Process Map and other applicable QMS Documents, Procedures, and Process Maps.
