Position Summary:

Bionova is seeking a motivated raw material dispensing coordinator who will be responsible for picking, dispensing, and kitting raw materials prior to use according to GMP requirements. The position will use QAD to generate work orders and picking list to staged materials in accordance to approved SOP’s.  This position will also manage and put away inventory per Warehouse management SOPs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow SOP and Electronic Batch Records to stage raw materials to support PD and GMP manufacturing activities.
• Dispensing raw materials in a designated cleanroom that involves removing raw materials from containers (bags, barrels, boxes etc.)  according to appropriate EBR as defined in procedure.
• Key in inventory movement transaction into QAD (ERP system)
• Pick and stage consumable and raw
• Participate in warehouse inventory management task such as cycle counts, processing expired materials, materials put away and QAD inventory transactions
• Transports and distributes approved GMP raw materials, components and supplies to the designated manufacturing facilities
• Participates with SOP and Work Instruction updates as required
• Complies with cGMP Documentation, Practices and Regulations Maintains warehouses and sub-inventory areas in an audit ready state 
• Complies with EHS&S safety guidelines, especially those directly related to the operation of warehousing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts 

Working Conditions:

• This position is required to work in a warehouse and cleanroom setting. 
• Ability to lift 50lb
• Ability to stand for extended period
• Required to work in a clean room environment
• Operation of Forklifts 
• Floor Scales and other measuring equipment
• Consists of strenuous, repetitive work

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required. 
• Requires 3 years warehouse experience.
• Requires 1 year of cleanroom experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management System is required.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
