BioReset Medical in Campbell CA is seeking someone to join our integrative, functional and regenerative medicine practice.

We are seeking a full time team member for our Patient Care Coordinator position.

The right candidate will strive to exceed our patients expectations with impeccable customer service. They will assist with scheduling appointments, facilitating lab tests, facilitate orders of product for patients, following up with next steps after consultation with the physicians and overall, supporting them on their healing journey.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma, college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Medical background, sales, specialty medicine a huge plus
  • Background and/or interest in regenerative or integrative medicine desired.

Key Attributes

  • Willing and able to learn about leading edge regenerative therapies, including stem cells and pain medicine.
  • Able to work & track leads, follow up, and overcome customers' objections if present.
  • Able to learn and eventually teach back of our clinic processes
  • Experience & understanding of sexual rejuvenation treatments, wellness, anti-aging, aesthetics, and complex pain management.
  • Able to work efficiently and independently in a rapid paced environment
  • Organized, intelligent and professional
  • Excellent written and oral communication
