BioSpace is a growing, digital recruitment platform for the life sciences industry. Our team operates with a fun, entrepreneurial style and believe that individual contributions matter and should be recognized.
Our team is expanding and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to assist with recruiting, sourcing and managing candidates. This role is critical to evaluating, building, and managing our talent pipeline. You'll be reviewing/curating new resumes on a daily basis and engage directly with potential candidates.
In this position you will:
- Directly recruit for positions
- Provide input on devising search strategies to market to and attract premier candidates
- Evaluate resumes and profiles to identify top talent and match current hiring needs
- Conduct initial phone interviews with top tier candidates
- Work with candidates to identify the best job and company match and manage priorities efficiently
- Assist candidates in scheduling/managing telephone and in office interviews with employers
- Help candidates at all stages of the interview process by providing coaching, feedback and recommendations
- Collaborate with management to identify & understand key position requirements to create successful candidate placements
- Maintain regular communication with management regarding status of open positions and candidate updates
- Manage and track a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward
Position requirements:
- 2-3 years experience working within recruiting or similar field with a heavy emphasis on building successful relationships
- College degree preferred
- Must be detail, solution and process oriented
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- The ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere
