Job description
BioSTAT, a leader in mobile diagnostics for laboratory and imaging, is looking to add a Client Services Representative to our team. This role is responsible for management of relationships with our clients, including but not limited to, training and on-boarding new clients, servicing existing clients, handling phone calls for various client needs, communicating across multiple departments, and being a strong team player. This position is vital to ensuring great working relationships with our clients and demands a very results-oriented, outgoing, and presentable person that is a team-player!
Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming calls and assists clients with requests.
- Performs and manages reports for clients.
- Builds and updates standard SOPs for client books.
- Communicates with points of contact at client locations.
- Communicates to appropriate departments for related issues.
- Must have ability to function at a high level while performing multiple tasks at the same time.
- Must have ability to use multiple forms of software, office products, e-mail, and geographically inclined.
- Will need to have flexibility to accommodate some early morning on-boards as well as later on-boards dependent on client needs.
- Must be able to maintain accountability and handle high-stress situations.
This position does not require experience in mobile laboratory or imaging, but is preferred. We are willing to invest in the right person with no experience. At BioSTAT our clients and their patients come first. We work in an environment where everyone works as a team to achieve the common goal. We work in an industry similar to a hospital setting in which we run 24/7, 365 days a year.
