Product Manager

Biotrial, a CRO partner to the pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years, with an international presence, is looking for a Product Manager at our site in Newark, near New York in the United States.

Your position as Product Manager will enable you to develop our Clinical Operations business in close collaboration with the sales and operational teams and experts.

You will be responsible for the following tasks :

• Prepare technical proposals in response to calls for tender
• Check the feasibility of studies in response to calls for tender
• Develop and retain the existing customer portfolio in the Clinical Operations unit
• Participate in prospecting for new customers and markets for the Clinical Operations Unit
• Identify areas of development for the Clinical Operations Unit
• Take part in meetings with existing or potential customers to present Clinical Operations services
• Identify projects or possible studies with customers
• Participate in the review of quotations
• Participating with the Marketing team in the preparation of the various communication media and tools and the marketing plan
• Suggesting improvements to monitoring and presentation tools : Study Manager, Technical Document, Bid slides desk, etc.

The ideal candidate has the following skills :

• An interest in clinical research
• Good command of English
• A reputation for good interpersonal skills and responsiveness.
