The Manager of Commercial Operations is a dynamic and versatile role, which collaborates with departments at Bioventus to identify and execute Commercial Operations projects that will drive sustained profitable sales growth for the company. It is a critical champion and enabler of Sales Success through the development and sustainment of sales processes and key sales process support tools. The position will contribute to the growth of the company through commercial operations strategy creation and execution.What you'll be doing:Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT and Business Intelligence to develop, implement, train and drive adoption of key sales enablement tools inclusive but not limited to CRM, sales segmentation, targeting, and coverage applications
Drive change management principles to ensure adoption of tools and technologies being delivered to the commercial organization
Quota Planning: Develop annual sales force quota in an equitable and balanced fashion to ensure the overall commercial goals are met.
Sales Compensation: Develop incentive compensation plans for the sales organization. Partner with HR to monitor sales compensation respective to the broader market and reports findings to the VP of Sales. Recommend changes to sales force compensation to position the company to execute.
Partner with Business Intelligence to develop streamlined daily/monthly/quarterly/end-of-year sales reporting that can be utilized to understand territory dynamics and drive action
Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.

8 or more years of related experience
Minimum of 5 years of medical device or healthcare industry experience.
Demonstrated project management experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent degree is required.
Extensive knowledge of technology systems including CRM, Microsoft 365, and Business Intelligence Tool (Power BI)
Advanced computer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated with high commitment and proactive mindset.
Ability to work on multiple project simultaneously and manage cross-functional teams is necessary.
Excellent verbal and written skills are desired.
Strategic, critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential.
