Who we are

BIOVERSE is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer telehealth company focused on making science-backed longevity and anti-aging treatments accessible to all.

Our mission

Our mission is to improve healthspan and longevity.

Our dedication

Our dedication is encapsulated in one single promise: to provide science-backed longevity solutions to everyone. This commitment drives us to democratize access to cutting-edge health interventions, making longevity solutions a widespread choice for all, and not just a luxury for a few.

Our Culture:

Agile, Collaborative, Pioneering

As an early-stage startup, each day at BIOVERSE is dynamic and full of possibilities. Our culture thrives on agility, collaboration, and frequent iteration. We work five days a week in the office because we believe that in-person interactions propel fast and effective iterations. If you are looking for remote or hybrid work, this role is not for you.

About the Role

We are currently looking for a collaborative product analyst to join our telemedicine company. In this role, you will closely partner with the CEO, who leads product, engineers, operations, and other key stakeholders to continue building and improving our existing product. As the first full-time team member dedicated to working on our product, you will have numerous opportunities to make a significant impact on its development.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the needs of all users, their desires, and where we can improve
  • Drive product development, from ideation through technical development and launch of products that deliver seamless experiences and grow the business
  • Integrate company strategy, research and market analysis into product requirements to deliver innovative, differentiated user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize EMR initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals
  • Leverage data-backed product vision and strategy for the provider platform, balancing short and long-term goals
  • Guide and support a team of engineers to help them achieve the right balance between enabling growth and ensuring a stable and accurate experience for our users
  • Thrive within ambiguity and find new, creative ways to solve problems every day, with data as your guide
  • Participate in Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases / Sprint Reviews.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform development. EMR/Healthcare experience is a plus but not a requirement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or relevant years of work experience
  • Love of data and analytics - you intuitively understand the importance of information in the pursuit of the correct path forward
  • Deep customer empathy - you are able to understand the “why” behind the “what” we see (or don’t see) in the data
  • Curiosity about problems - for as long as you can remember you have wondered about root causes of discrete problems, systemic issues, systems that work but could be improved, etc. and when given the chance, you take action to improve them
  • Ownership - if something goes wrong, you take initiative by fixing it
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • The ability to see ambiguity as an opportunity. You don’t need things to be calm and organized. You don’t shy away from a challenge. You get fulfillment by tackling areas of ambiguity, creating a plan, marshaling resources, and spurring execution.
