Hospitality Procurement Project Manager
BirchStreet Systems provides global enterprises with multiple locations a complete Procure-to-Pay business solution deploying a SaaS model using cloud technology. BirchStreet software focuses on improving business processes by automating eProcurement, AP Automation, Inventory Control, Recipe Management, Executive Dashboards, Payments and Capital Budget Management modules. The Role: As a Hospitality Procurement Project Manager you are responsible for implementing the ERP to a wide range of hospitality customers. Project Manager at BirchStreet work closely with the project stakeholders and cross functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for boarding new customers. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to complete the projects successfully and on time.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop a high-level integrated milestone plan for projects and manages project changes in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts.
- Establish, maintain, and influence project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications, both internal and external to the organization.
- Develop and achieve timelines to complete the Implementation, Integration and Enhancements tasks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert of the product to push back additional requirements (out of SOW) and guiding customer through the best practices.
- Execute project plans (quality, risk, communication, etc.) and capture and communicate project status and data in order to maintain accurate and current project information for the use of stakeholders
- Prepare presentations for strategy reviews, project status reports for cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Responsible for entire project life cycle phases and project outcome.
- Responsible for driving SIT's, UAT's with internal and external customers.

- Must be able to work in a team environment, including interactions with higher, equivalent and lower level internal and external representatives concerning projects, area decisions, scheduling requirements, and/or driving contractual clarifications
- Ability to lead meetings with external representatives

Years of Relevant Experience.
6-8 years of hands on experience managing large to midsize projects and/or programs of increasing complexity. A background in the ERP implementation is preferred.
Education Requirements.
BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent years' experience
Certification.
Project Management Professional Certificate preferred but not required.
