Job Posting for Personal Injury LItigation Assistant at Birkhold & Maider

Personal injury law firm looking for 1-2 legal assistants to handle personal injury files from the start of litigation through trial. Responsibilities include drafting answering interrogatories, drafting discovery requests, managing attorney calendar, obtaining expert reports, preparing arbitration statements and trial binders.

Looking for a highly organized individual, who has a desire to continue to learn this area of the law. This position requires a team player who enjoys working with others. Spanish speaking is a major plus.

Competitive salary, PTO, health, dental, vision and 401k all available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Personal injury law: 3 years (Preferred)
