What you'll do:
- Customer service: Providing excellent customer service, including answering
- questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Product knowledge: Possessing a thorough understanding of the company's
- products and services and being able to provide informed advice to customers
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the
- ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Teamwork: Initiating and processing service requests, coordinating work orders
- with service team and dispatch
- Technical knowledge: Knowledge of technical aspects of the RV industry, such as
- electrical systems, plumbing, and heating/cooling systems a plus
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues, and escalate to
- management when necessary
- Time management: Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to
- meet customer needs and meet deadlines
What we're looking for:
- Exceptional skills in customer service and communication
- Ability to use a variety of computer-based systems to support the sales process
- Relevant background in sales and/or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- An awesome attitude
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all
- interactions with customers and co-workers
