Bishop Gold Group is seeking an IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. This person will play a crucial role in optimizing our in-house technology to meet organizational needs, enhance user experience, and drive overall efficiency. You will help identify business needs for IT systems, help with the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, oversee the organization’s internal help desk, and eliminate security risks. The ideal candidate has experience working in telecommunications or a high-volume call center environment managing 50 users. This is a great opportunity for someone also looking to gain experience working in Salesforce.
**This is an on-site role and required to work in-office Monday-Friday. Our office is located in West Los Angeles (90064)**
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and resolution of IT issues, new user set up and ongoing IT projects (Typically Google account creation, computer station set up and diagnostics, lead management in Salesforce)
- Maintain computer systems (Mac OS), security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems (Salesforce, Call Tracking Metrics)
- Ensure that systems are kept safe, secure, and compliant in alignment to our corporate policies and standards
- Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology
- Ensure business and IT strategic alignment
- Translate and communicate technical requirements and solutions for the business and present the strategy or recommendations to executives
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with Mac OS
- Salesforce Certification
- Excellent leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
- Understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00pm PST.
