Bishop's Post Restaurant in Chesterfield is hiring for our Lead Host/Hostess position! What we're looking for is below! This position will work 35-40hrs per week with a set schedule consisting of Tuesday through Saturday.

Qualifications

  • Ability to deliver professional customer service
  • Outgoing, friendly personality and demeanor
  • Skilled in taking reservations (OpenTable experience preferred)
  • Great communication skills
  • Restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Skilled in answering and transferring inbound phone calls
  • Greet customers
  • Seat guests with reservations immediately, and guests without reservations as soon as seating becomes available
  • Answer & direct phone calls, take messages & reservations
  • Handle customer complaints with good listening skills and working with management
  • Thank guests and invite them to return
  • Maintain tact, diplomacy, and friendliness in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

  • Compensation and benefits package is based upon experience, qualifications, and education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
