Service advisor

What you'll do :

• Customer service : Providing excellent customer service, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Product knowledge : Possessing a thorough understanding of the company's products and services and being able to provide informed advice to customers
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Teamwork : Initiating and processing service requests, coordinating work orders with service team and dispatch
• Problem-solving : Ability to identify and resolve customer issues, and escalate to management when necessary
• Time management : Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and meet deadlines What we're looking for :
• Exceptional skills in customer service and communication
• Ability to use a variety of computer-based systems to support the sales process
• Relevant background in sales and / or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility with work schedules; including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• An awesome attitude
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
