We’re looking for a data-driven, digital media-obsessed technologist to join our team. You’ll work cross functionally, supporting our marketing team and product owners to improve the customer journey of our subscribers, event attendees and job searchers. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your technical skills, business acumen and product development abilities, working on consumer-facing web properties, managing integrations, dealing with business-critical data and overseeing our marketing automation systems.
You are:
- The glue that holds marketing together, enabling technology solutions for the team, using technology to increase effectiveness of our initiatives.
- Thoughtful in your approach to technology and systems integration. Not only do you think about the tech stack but about the impact it has on customer interactions.
- A master of analytics, you use data to tell a story, which you deliver through elegant reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets to help others develop and refine their message.
- Databases are your playground, and you know how to get them to talk to one another, fine-tuning various configurations and settings to ensure all records are properly handled.
In the role you will:
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop their technology stack and ensure systems are seamlessly working together
- Enhance and maintain our website and e-commerce platforms
- Serve as the lead for Conversion Rate Optimization on the web properties
- Strong understand of the Marketo marketing automation software
- Oversee Google Analytics and tag manager implementations
- Develop our reporting platform via Periscope
What you need to know:
- Experience with Marketo
- SQL
- PHP (ideally Laravel)
- API Integration with Email Marketing Platform
- SEO
- Data visualization (Periscope is a plus)
- Google analytics
- Google Tag Manager
