```Duties```
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the shop. This includes making sure all maintenance is being performed on automated equipment, and that all replacment parts are ordered and stocked up.
- Train and develop sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve results
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of products
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in wireless sales or store management preferred
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and staff
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping, scheduling, and reporting
