Responsibilities
- Upholding our high standards of hospitality to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Building a strong brand presence through consistent service and guest interactions.
- Leading and supporting our team through effective scheduling, hiring, and payroll management.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by actively monitoring and responding to their needs.
- Maintaining efficient operations through purchasing, inventory control, and store upkeep.
- Handling cash management responsibly and accurately.
- Developing and implementing promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Preparing administrative reports to keep management informed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred
- 3 years of food and beverage service industry experience
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent leaderships skills
