What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line- Prep position at Bite American Tacos?
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- We are an open kitchen. Greeting and speaking with customers.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Prep food and back-ups to ensure readiness of the entire day
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Will Need to get ServSafe certified
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Experience in the food industry as a line cook or prep cook is preferred, but not necessary. Willing to train.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Expected hours: 20 – 34 per week
