The main purposes of the role are to participate in legal, contractual, corporate, and labor matters to increase and demonstrate the value of the legal department to the broader organization, including by supporting other members of the legal and business team according to the guidelines established. Experience: 3 years of legal experience 2 years of experience working at a multinational company. 2 years focusing on commercial transactions, demonstrating the ability to manage and close commercial and legal negotiations effectively. 2 years of experience reviewing NDAs, supplier’s agreements, privacy, and general legal concepts Ideal to have prior in-house experience with an enterprise technology company - 1 years working in the IT/Software companies (nice to have) Experience negotiating client licensing contracts and other experience demonstrating an ability to manage and close commercial and legal negotiations.
