Bizowie Cloud ERP is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Sales & Marketing team.
Job duties include:
- Professionally interact with marketing-qualified prospects, answering initial questions, qualifying opportunities and setting appointments for sales personnel
- Follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle
- Document sales activities in CRM software
- Identify new sales prospects via database research
- Record details of meetings with prospective customers
- Assist in occasional targeted cold prospecting campaigns
Note: This is not a predominantly cold-calling role and the majority of interactions are with inbound prospects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, or 1 years of sales or administrative support experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to flexibly interact with prospects via telephone, email, video conference and other media
- Technically adept and able to work with email, desktop applications, and CRM software
- Self-starter with the ability and willingness to understand complex products and business processes
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
