C-level Executive Secretary -Bilingual Japanese $$$$
Prestigious International financial institution seeks a Bilingual Japanese Executive Secretary to provide secretarial support to CEO. Duties include general clerical, and project based work.
Overall Purpose of Job:
Assistance to the CEO and the president
Administration: travel and expense management; budget recording, tracking and monitoring; conference and guest scheduling and management. Some executive level telephone support and document management.
Tokyo Liaison: translation of key documents; interface with senior management ( US, Tokyo)
Requirements
· At least 5 years experience providing support at the executive level
· BA degree or equivalent experience required
· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
· Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
· Team and service oriented
· Fluency in English and Japanese languages
