· Bachelor’s Degree or a
combination of relevant education, experience, and training
· Experience as a Technical Product Manager responsible for implementing
Enterprise Service Management solutions on ServiceNow
· Understanding and experience of
the Agile principles and methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) and how
they’re applied in workplace culture; related certifications are a plus
· Knowledge and experience of
Service Management/Service Delivery principles, methodologies, and tools;
related certifications are a plus
· Strong Analytical and Data
Visualization Skills
· Great business acumen and
communication skills
· Excellent analysis and
problem-solving skills
· Strong meeting and work session

· Strong project planning and

· Experience working with
