Job Requirements
Operations/Administration:
- Provides timely and accurate administrative support to four executive level individuals including: heavy calendar management, initiate meetings, arrange travel, and prioritize inquiries and requests, efficiently and accurately.
- Draft documents and letters - must be able to proofread for accuracy and clarity.
- Maintains an appropriate workflow to ensure that all time-sensitive projects are completed and that deadlines are communicated to the team
- Prepare materials for classes, weekend events and programs.
- Take ownership of and maintain sensitive documents used for weekly meetings
- Comfortable sometimes providing technical support for events on digital platforms (Zoom, Facebook Live)
- Partners with the Director of Operations to the preparation/logistics of annual large scale multi-day events.
- Supports administration, answering phones and in-person questions from our community as needed
- Send reminder and follow up emails for upcoming important events

- Brings ingenuity, flexibility, warmth, grace under pressure, and exceptional interpersonal skills; able to effectively interface with our staff and community
- Highly emotionally intelligent; must intuitively understand professional boundaries, discretion, and the highest level of confidentiality
- Ensures the integrity of the community calendar relating to all programs and events, in coordination with other staff
- Ability to implement and oversee systems with meticulous attention to detail; ability to work independently; resourceful and takes initiative even when given minimal direction
- Ready to reprioritize at a moment’s notice, when there is an emergency or issue that needs your full attention
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as an instinct for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with data management software and/or a CRM system preferred; must be computer savvy and possess the ability to learn new programs quickly
Salary: Commensurate with experience, includes benefitsBachelor’s Degree and 3 years administrative experience preferred

Salary: $53,000 - 55,000.00 per year
