Join our amazing Clinical Engineering team at Barnes Jewish Hospital! This position does require travel to other hospital as needed. We are looking for individuals with experience working on medical imaging equipment.

Monday to Friday

Day Shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. / 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

On call every 6 to 8 weeks

Ideal candidate will have experience working on and maintaining the following modalities:

Diagnostic: MR,CT, CV/Cath, PET/CT, R&F

Diagnostic: General X-ray(Rad, Portables, C-arms), Mammography

Role Purpose

Performs advance levels of preventive maintenance, performance assurance inspections, installation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of one or more categories of radiology imaging modalities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate documentation and communication of all procedures, calibrations and repairs performed.
• Assists with the installation of various components of equipment systems.
• Performs acceptance inspections on new equipment.
• Performs scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment.
• Performs repairs on a variety of equipment under general supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience
• < 2 years supervisory experience
