Performance Research Analyst

Role Purpose

Responsible for assisting with ongoing research and analytical activities with a particular emphasis on research related to measuring economic performance; utilizes data to support decision-making and negotiations; participates in the critique and development of economic metrics; quantifies effects of factors associated with key quality-related performance outcomes; provides analytical support to programs and customers; applies appropriate statistical techniques, manages statistical data sets, interprets statistical results and creates reports; participates in performance improvement and program evaluation activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs statistical analyses for evaluating and reporting clinical performance.
• Participates in data collection, data management and data analysis strategies to support statistical analyses.
• Works with multi disciplinary teams to provide consultation to business units on analytical issues, prioritizing and addressing performance opportunities.
• Works with analytics management to perform analyses and programming tasks for special investigations.
