BJC Medical Group is the multi-specialty physician organization of BJC HealthCare and includes over 600 doctors and advanced practice providers who are affiliated with the top-ranked hospitals in the area.

The Operations Department provides support to the strategic and operational objectives of BJC Medical Group practices and is located in Town & Country.
Qualifications
Role Purpose
The Portfolio Manager BJCMG works closely with leaders, administrators and project managers across BJC to ensure the alignment of all projects & initiatives, as well as the management of timelines and program deliverables for BJC Medical Group (BJCMG) work streams. This position analyzes and manages risks and interdependencies within and across projects and formulates solutions and contingency plans in consultation with stakeholders. This position also collaborates with BJCMG leaders in developing strategic direction regarding operating models in response to BJC senior leadership and organizational requirements for project, program, portfolio and continuous improvement efforts.
