As a specialist, you will provide pharmaceutical services to patients in our Critical Care department through daily rounds with a multidisciplinary medical team. Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Evaluates and recommends appropriate drug therapy to achieve optimal cost-effective patient outcomes, by working directly with physicians, other health professionals, and patients. Participates in the development, provision and evaluation of comprehensive pharmaceutical care and quality assurance programs through scholarly activities. Serves as a resource to the pharmacy staff and other hospital departments.
