BJC is hiring for a Product Manager. This person will be responsible for scheduling online experiences and products that are focused around primary care.

Role Purpose
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering products that support a consistent, intuitive and high-quality experience for our patients and care teams across all interaction points including multiple digital channels. They will drive product strategy to align with overarching BJC initiatives ensuring the greatest value is delivered. This also includes prioritizing and accepting the work generated by a product team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product. To do this, the Product Manager will possess strong knowledge of clinician/patient journeys to ensure the product strategy and delivery enable the ideal experience. They hold end-to-end responsibility for a given product, manage a robust product backlog with a mission to shape and implement solutions that transform clinician and patient experiences, effectively manage multi-disciplinary squad to meet desired KPIs and business outcomes. The Product Manager role is a critical role for ensuring an agile project successfully delivers value to the business.
