Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Register Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As an RN, you play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients at the Florida Department of Health. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to health screenings/assessments, assisting with medical procedures, administering medications such as vaccines, and ensuring the overall well-being of our patients. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) highly desired.

Duties:

o Patient centered care in a clinical setting as a nurse providing medications, vaccinations, health screenings, and assessments
o Desired skills: Immunizations, assessment skills, electronic health record
o Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement: RN license in FL or compact state license
o Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: Outpatient clinical/ Inpatient/ Acute Care experience preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $36.47 per hour

Standard shift:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Weekly schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
