About the Role

An opportunity to be part of a newly created internal BJSS team responsible for the development and delivery of a wide range of business applications that are needed to support an ever-growing business.

With offices worldwide this team will perform a vital role in making sure we have the right systems in place to allow the business to operate successfully.

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join the team and help us achieve our operational goals. 

Role Requirements:

  • Using an Agile approach, you will work closely with stakeholders to recommend and agree technological solutions to meet our business requirements
  • Build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value, working with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform.
  • Being pro-active in suggesting improvements to the configuration of the system, or new tools or ways of working
  • Providing strong problem solving and technical skills to effectively design quality solutions
  • Ensuring all changes adopted are clearly communicated, documented and provide training where needed with all relevant users
  • Managing Salesforce upgrades
  • Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, work-flows and other routine tasks
  • Ability to liaise across the wider IT team and ensure relevant processes are documented and handed over to Service Management/Infrastructure

About You

  • A certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering end-to-end configuration and change management of system changes
  • Experience of Classic and Lightning
  • Comfortable operating in an Agile environment
