What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at BK Dakota?
- Key role will be to attend daily property owner meetings and work with Office Managers to accomplish critical tasks
- Organize priorities and work allocation for each property with indvidual property manager
- Ability to create a simple net income statement in Excel Spreadsheet. Intermediate level of computer skills is required
- Report property's financial status, occupancy, and expiring leases to property owner
- Work with property managers to find potential tenants and aid in assessing tenant applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws
- Advertise vacant properties and follow a prescribed methodology to reduce tenant turnover
- Empower Office Managers in getting property inspections done and arrange for repairs and new materials as required
- Work with Office Managers for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security, and other ongoing services
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Work with attorneys to manage legal cases as necessary

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
