We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barback to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a member of our front-of-house team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage preparation and presentation. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure that the bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies. Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils. Collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to the appropriate areas for cleaning.
-Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure all food and beverage products are handled in accordance with our high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our policies and procedures and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Barback in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food service and food preparation practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and handle guest complaints.
- Ability to work Friday and Saturday evening
- Valid food handling certification.
